You will be stationed at automotive-related manufacturers to develop control systems such as ECUs, car navigation systems, and sensors.

■ SE (System Engineer)
・Handle upstream development processes, including requirement definition and design.
・Opportunity to take on management roles, such as mentoring junior team members and project management in the future.
■ PG (Programmer)
・Perform coding tasks using C or C++.
・Participate in MBD (Model-Based Development) using MATLAB/Simulink.

• For mid-career hires, salaries will be determined based on individual experience and qualifications.

Annual Salary Examples
• Age 26, 4th year with the company: ¥4.2 million
• Age 30, 9th year with the company: ¥5.05 million
