[Business Overview]
Provision of end-to-end support from consulting to development and operations, centered on ERP, EDI, and WMS solutions for foreign-affiliated corporations, primarily in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Maintenance of a strong competitive advantage through deep expertise, supporting over half of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies by revenue.
The company is currently seeking engineers fluent in Japanese and English to support business expansion.

[Job Overview]
Primarily responsible for the operation and maintenance of major domestic and international client systems, including those of global top-share companies in the pharmaceutical and apparel industries.

＜ Key Responsibilities ＞
As an operations support specialist for client systems, perform the following:
・Responding to inquiries from the client's IT department and business users in each department.
・Requesting support from and dispatching to technical teams.
・Incident management for issues such as failures and requests.
・Reporting on the status of correspondence.

■ Client: Pharmaceutical manufacturer
・Technology stack: SAP ERP, EDI, cloud services
・Processes: Implementation, infrastructure operations and maintenance (Full IT outsourcing)
・Projects:
‐Release of cloud services within a highly constrained timeframe prior to domestic business launch by utilizing ERP prototypes
‐Comprehensive support for system infrastructure along with its operations and maintenance to reduce the workload of client personnel
‐Phased expansion of system functions in response to business growth, including additions of product items, sales channels, and logistics bases, user growth, and global IT audit compliance
‐End-to-end support ranging from problem isolation during troubleshooting to system and operational recovery, leveraging strong expertise in sales logistics and accounting operations

■ Client: Major advertising agency
・Technology stack: SAP ERP, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Basis, SAP CRM, etc.
・Processes: Transition of operations and maintenance from another vendor, system modification, testing support, operations and maintenance
・Projects:
‐Provision of comprehensive support across a wide range of SAP domains, including HANA and Basis, by leveraging expertise spanning 20 years and over 60 companies
‐Successful completion of operations and maintenance transition from another vendor without disrupting client business activities, led by senior consultants through structured knowledge transfers and parallel operations
‐Flexible execution of rapid troubleshooting for critical business processes, ad-hoc system modifications, and testing support, backed by a deep understanding of both applications and infrastructure

Working Condition

▶ Employment Type
Full-time employee (Probationary period: 3 months)

▶ Annual Salary
¥3,600,000 to ¥6,000,000 (Includes projected 3-month bonus and fixed overtime pay)
・Breakdown (for monthly salary of ¥240,000):
　‐Base salary: ¥207,568
　‐Fixed overtime pay: ¥32,432 and up
・Salary System: Annual salary system

Twice a year (July and December)

9:00 – 18:00 (Scheduled working hours: 8 hours)

- Leader class and below: Fixed overtime system applies.

Overtime work allowance (for fixed overtime system applicators), late-night work allowance, business trip accommodation allowance, housing allowance (for eligible employees only), separate payment for commuting transportation expenses.
