【Job Description】
Lead the technical aspects of system stability, maintenance, development, and operations for web applications of in-house products, such as the online English conversation service "Bizmates," as a Technical Lead in the DevOps Group within the IT Division. The mission is to maximize overall engineering productivity and service reliability by identifying system issues and driving continuous improvement activities.

＜Specific Responsibilities＞
You will be involved in the following tasks depending on your experience and skills:
● Web Application Maintenance and Operations Management
・Monitor existing systems, detect failures, and provide rapid incident response (recovery and root cause analysis).
・Conduct performance monitoring and eliminate bottlenecks.
・Manage security patch applications and middleware updates.
・Research and implement initiatives to improve development efficiency and quality using AI. 
● Operations Automation and Efficiency (Toil Reduction)
・Script manual operational tasks and introduce automation tools.
・Maintain a safe and high-speed deployment environment by improving CI/CD pipelines. 
● Infrastructure Maintenance and Improvement
・Operate infrastructure primarily in AWS environments and manage configurations using IaC (Terraform, etc.).
・Optimize post-release application behavior in collaboration with development teams. 
● Technical Guidance and Decision Making
・Review technical selections and architecture across the development organization, including the Japan headquarters and the development subsidiary in the Philippines.
・Provide technical mentoring to members and support skill development through code reviews.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Required Qualifications] ・Over 5 years of experience maintaining and operating web applications, particularly with PHP and Laravel. ・Deep knowledge of Linux servers, RDBs (such as MySQL), and middleware, with proven troubleshooting skills. ・Demonstrated track record of configuration management using IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible. ・Proficient in system operations and continuous improvement using monitoring tools such as CloudWatch. ・Practical experience leading an engineering team or serving as a Tech Lead. [Preferred Qualifications] ・Hands-on experience building and operating infrastructure within AWS environments. ・Background in SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) for high-traffic services. ・Knowledge of application security, including security diagnostics and WAF operations. ・Business-level English proficiency to facilitate communication with multinational team members.
