Manufacturing, sales, and maintenance of fully electric flying cars that travel 100 km in 30 minutes.
The two-seater flying car Mk-7 is priced at 200 million yen and represents a new means of transportation with vertical takeoff and landing capability.
It is a resilient means of transportation tailored to Japan's environment, designed to transport people working in remote areas such as offshore, coastal, and mountainous regions, as well as medical service providers.
Aiming to create a daily life where people can move freely through the sky, and to realize "peace of mind that leaves no one behind" in all regions of Japan.

[Future Business Expansion]
Tetra will first launch its business in locations with guaranteed sales. While many flying car companies attempt to obtain national passenger certification—a most difficult certification with almost no precedents and very few successful cases worldwide—Tetra starts in the US individual market where such certification is not yet required. This business model allows for early revenue generation without being hindered by the most challenging certification process.
Based on the track record of the Mk-5, Tetra is currently developing the practical two-seater Mk-7. Starting with steady revenue generation in the US, the company will expand that track record to the Japanese market. The business model generates continuous revenue not only from aircraft sales but also from subsequent maintenance and inspections. Development is supported by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Reconstruction Agency, with advisors experienced in HondaJet, MRJ, FAA, and other relevant fields.
There are no precedents beyond this point. No one in the world yet has the answer to how to create an aircraft capable of carrying passengers in strong winds.

[Job Overview]
Leading a series of development processes in aircraft structural systems development, from initial design to detailed design, strength analysis, manufacturing, and verification.
Responsible for the following tasks:

[Key Responsibilities]
・Design and strength analysis (using hand calculation and FEA) of primary and secondary aircraft structures, including landing gear and flight control surface mechanisms
・Evaluation of structural concepts and load paths, sizing of fittings and fasteners, detailed design, etc.
・Consolidation of structural requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams (aerodynamics, flight control, powertrain, avionics, etc.) based on an understanding of the overall aircraft system
・Calculation of load conditions
・Preparation and review of design and development documentation (design specifications, test plans, analysis reports, etc.)
・Proposal and execution of design verification methods
・Supervision of or coordination with manufacturing processes
・Proactive self-learning, knowledge sharing within the team, and operational improvements

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ■ Background ・At least 3 years of practical experience in mechanical design and development in fields such as aerospace (drones), automotive, marine, robotics, etc. ■ Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering ・Ability to verify the validity of results by independently checking preconditions, units, and order of magnitude while utilizing calculation tools or AI ・Ability to perform load calculations and simplified structural evaluations, and articulate the rationale for design decisions ・Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to apply them in practice ・Aircraft experience is not required, provided the candidate has the drive to independently research, learn, and proactively absorb knowledge on the job after joining ■ Design Experience ・Basic knowledge and handling experience in mechanical manufacturing, including materials, manufacturing methods, drafting techniques, etc. ・Proficiency in at least one 3D-CAD software (※SolidWorks is primarily used in our company) [Preferred Requirements] ■ Design experience based on numerical calculations in particular [Desired Candidate Profile] ・Strong passion to build an aircraft that no one has ever made before with one's own hands ・Ability to perform design, calculations, and verifications with persistence and tenacity to make the aircraft even 1 gram lighter or 1% more efficient ・Ability to speak openly regardless of title and actively work together toward the shared goal of making the aircraft fly Those who can passionately engage in the difficult challenge of making things fly. ■ Business Trips
Aircraft development and flight testing are conducted at the Fukushima base, where the aircraft is located. Therefore, business trips will occur for those working in Saitama.

・ Business trips from Saitama to Fukushima: Approximately once every 3 months for about 2 to 3 weeks (Return home on weekends is allowed)
・ Other domestic business trips: Mainly for training and academic conferences (Frequency varies depending on responsibilities and timing, but is currently low)
・ Overseas (US) business trips: May occur in the future for certain roles in connection with aircraft certification acquisition

※ Transportation expenses and accommodation (company housing) for business trips are covered by the company.

[Expected Annual Salary]
4.8 million ~ 10 million yen

【Wage Structure】 Monthly salary system: 400,000 yen~

※ Determined based on experience, skills, and age in accordance with company regulations

Overtime Allowance: Includes fixed overtime allowance of 50,300 yen~ per month (for 20 hours). Premium pay for overtime exceeding fixed hours will be paid separately (Base salary: 349,700 yen~)
