Required Skills and Experiences
[Mandatory Requirements]
■ Background
・At least 3 years of practical experience in mechanical design and development in fields such as aerospace (drones), automotive, marine, robotics, etc.
■ Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering
・Ability to verify the validity of results by independently checking preconditions, units, and order of magnitude while utilizing calculation tools or AI
・Ability to perform load calculations and simplified structural evaluations, and articulate the rationale for design decisions
・Understanding of mechanical engineering principles and the ability to apply them in practice
・Aircraft experience is not required, provided the candidate has the drive to independently research, learn, and proactively absorb knowledge on the job after joining
■ Design Experience
・Basic knowledge and handling experience in mechanical manufacturing, including materials, manufacturing methods, drafting techniques, etc.
・Proficiency in at least one 3D-CAD software (※SolidWorks is primarily used in our company)

■ Design experience based on numerical calculations in particular

・Strong passion to build an aircraft that no one has ever made before with one's own hands
・Ability to perform design, calculations, and verifications with persistence and tenacity to make the aircraft even 1 gram lighter or 1% more efficient
