＜Job Responsibilities＞
We are seeking candidates with experience in one of the following areas for our Infrastructure Management Division:
★ IT Infrastructure
・Experience with building and operating a medium-scale network (LAN/WAN)
・Experience with Microsoft 365 operations (including Power Platform)
・Experience with implementing and operating standard security tools (EDR, EPP)
・Experience with Active Directory operations (managing accounts and group policies)

＜Department Introduction＞
This department serves as the IT division for our manufacturing business, handling system maintenance and operations, improving business efficiency for our business units, and supporting DX initiatives.
We are divided into two main teams to handle our work.

★Business Systems Division
Responsible for application implementation, development, and maintenance, as well as collaborating with business units on business reform and improvement.
【Specifically】
・Responding to IT support requests from employees
・Maintaining and operating implemented system services
・Maintaining and managing various business systems, including updates, etc.

★Infrastructure Management Division
Responsible for IT infrastructure management, including in-house networks, servers, security, and global communication, as well as business reform and improvement using advanced technologies.
【Specifically】
・Managing email and scheduling services
・General operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, PCs, etc.) and information systems
・Considering, proposing, and supporting the implementation of solutions for on-site business challenges

Working Condition

＜Salary＞
Annual income: 4,000,000 to 7,000,000 JPY
Bonus: Twice a year (2023 performance: 4.7 months' worth)
Salary increase: Once a year
