■ Job Description
This position involves resolving a wide range of IT-related issues faced by clients.
Support is provided for various IT environments, including networks, PCs, and internal systems.

The role also involves identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and proposing improvements from a broad perspective.
Rather than simply following instructions, individuals are expected to contribute proactively with their own ideas and suggestions.

Examples of Tasks:
・Responding to inquiries such as printer connection issues, ink shortages, PC freezes, or software malfunctions
・Planning and executing PC purchases, OS replacements, and security measures
・Designing and coordinating during new system implementations, including communication with external engineers
