To support the company's current growth phase, we are seeking a "Security Promotion & IT Internal Auditor" to enhance IT governance across the entire organization. Rather than designing and implementing security from scratch, this position will drive consensus-building and rule establishment across Japanese and overseas IT teams, and audit whether the established systems are functioning effectively in practice.

In this role, you will lead the establishment and promotion of security frameworks across both Japanese and overseas IT teams, while auditing whether these established systems are operating effectively in practice.

【Job Details】
■ Security Framework Establishment & Promotion
You will serve as a "driver" to upgrade and integrate existing rules, rather than building them from scratch.
・Assessing the current status and organizing issues within the security frameworks of both Japan and overseas subsidiaries.
・Setting up and facilitating discussion forums for issue resolution (including English communication).
・Incorporating agreed-upon rules into internal company policies and documenting them.
・Continuously updating and managing security-related internal policies.

■ IT Internal Audit
・Verifying and auditing the operational status of security frameworks.
・J-SOX Compliance: Verifying the operational status of systems related to financial reporting (accounting software, CRM, core business systems, etc.).
・Reporting audit results and proposing improvements.

■ Global Communication
・Communicating in English and participating in regular meetings with overseas subsidiary teams.
・Explaining security policies to overseas offices and driving consensus.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Preferred Requirements] ● Experience in security-related operations (e.g., establishing/operating information security policies, security auditing). ● Experience in driving and coordinating projects involving diverse internal and external stakeholders. ● Experience in establishing and managing IT-related processes for IPO preparation. ● Practical experience in internal auditing or J-SOX compliance.
