Job Description

Tsurugi, the world's fastest pure Japanese RDB, will be introduced mainly for systems that handle large amounts of data such as AI and IoT, and for data processing issues that cannot be solved with conventional RDBs.
SE will conduct PoC, technical verification, tool development, and support for Tsurugi implementation.
(Scope of change: work to be determined by the company)

&lt;Main work contents
∙ (Requirements definition), basic design, detailed design, implementation (mainly Java), and testing
Customer support, support for Tsurugi (answer questions, provide operation tools, analyze failures, design, review, create sample code, etc.)

Salary Structure
Payment method: 1/12 of annual salary paid monthly
The above amount includes deemed overtime pay (119,000 yen to 178,500 yen for 40 hours per month).

Our company is engaged in high-speed processing of large volumes of data required in the data society and its technological solutions. As DX strategies spread and data utilization advances, the challenge is how to organize data scattered in various places, process it quickly, and link it to analysis and utilization. We provide solutions to this problem and develop and research our own products. In October 2023, we will release Tsurugi, a Japanese RDB with the world's fastest performance, as OSS. Research and development of the world's fastest RDB

Supported by a national organization and developed jointly with NEC Corporation and various university laboratories (the engine part of the RDB was developed by Nautilus Technologies). It is a purely domestic next-generation ultra-high-speed RDB released as OSS in 2023/10. It maximizes HW performance, scales with the number of cores, and ensures consistency as an RDB. The front RDB is Postgre, which can be written in SQL, and the API is in Java.
