[Business Description]
As a group company of the Hard-Off Group, which operates more than 1,000 specialty chain stores in Japan and overseas, including "Hard-Off," "Off-House," and "Hobby-Off," that purchase and sell reused goods, we develop and operate systems that link stores, customers, and employees. Our mission is to strengthen the coordination of each channel within the business structure of purchase, production (remanufacturing), and sales.

[Job Description]
You will develop and modify new and existing applications used by the Hard-Off Group of companies. You can even be in charge of planning and developing new services based on the technology you have cultivated there.

＜Specific job responsibilities＞
■Design and development of new services and new functions
■Redesign and add functions to existing services

＜Examples of development projects＞
Product listing support application (kotlin / Android)
Inventory support application (C# / Xamarin.Android)
Purchase operation support app (java / Android)
Hard-Off official app, offer app development, function addition

＜Development environment＞
The developer will be responsible for the final release of the new service while communicating with the planner and developer. We are actively adopting cutting-edge cloud technologies such as AWS and GCP for infrastructure.

■Development languages: C# / Swift / Kotlin / Java, etc. (Those who can flexibly learn as the development policy changes are welcome)
■Frameworks: Laravel, Wordpress, goa, .net core
■Operating System: Windows/Linux/Mac
■Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL
■Infrastructure: AWS, GCP

[Work Environment]
・Hybrid Work: Once you're familiar with your duties, you can work remotely 2-3 times per week.

・Tokyo-Based Employees: If you're based in Tokyo, your first three months will be spent at our Niigata office for training.

Working Condition

Permanent employee. Probation period: 3 months.

[Expected Annual Salary]
Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 - ¥7,000,000
*Your salary will be determined based on your experience and skills.
■Salary Review: Once a year
■Bonuses: Twice a year
■Probationary Period: 3 months (with no changes to conditions)
*Part-time and freelance contracts are also available.

9:00〜18:00 (Prescribed Working Hours: 8 hours per day)
