【Job Description】
You will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Salesforce.
＜Salesforce Implementation Support＞
・Analyzing client business workflows and proposing optimal ways to utilize Salesforce
・Active communication with development teams and clients
You will be in charge of the upstream processes, from requirements hearing to the design phase.

Based on your previous experience, you will be assigned to a project aligned with your career goals and aspirations.
In the future, you will have the opportunity to advance your career as a Project Leader, Project Manager, or Bridge SE in Myanmar or Japan.
There may also be opportunities to participate in projects outside the Salesforce domain.

【About the Team】
Offshore development team (30 Myanmar nationals / 3 Japanese nationals)
*You can choose your team assignment according to your career goals.
You will be required to coordinate and communicate with our Myanmar office.

We are currently recruiting for a Salesforce Engineer position in our DX division.
We leverage teamwork platforms and know-how to develop systems as “ONE TEAM” with our in-house engineers, clients, and partners.
We are involved in all phases from high-level IT consulting to downstream development, contributing to our clients’ business success and growth.
This enables you to gain experience in upstream processes such as design and requirements definition, and to build your career as a Project Leader, Project Manager, or Bridge SE.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required Qualifications】・JLPT N2 or higher (If you do not hold N2, business-level Japanese conversation skills are required) ・At least 2 years of work experience in Japan ・Any of the following experience: 　－Experience as a Salesforce engineer 　－Possession of a Salesforce certification 　－Experience in Salesforce implementation support 【Preferred Qualifications】・Experience as a team or project leader ・Experience in mentoring or training junior engineers ・Experience in service implementation or proposal activities ・Experience in communication with overseas offices
