Job Description

[Business Overview]
This company was founded in 2014 by a representative who is a former engineer from a major domestic automotive parts manufacturer, together with other engineers. Since then, with major automotive companies—primarily the representative's former employer—as clients, the company has provided technical consulting and associated tool development.

[Recruitment Background]
~Build a career in the AI field, even starting with no experience / Contribute to improving the competitiveness of Japan's automotive industry and help establish world-class technology in Japan / As the Japan partner for TraceTronic's software, used around the world, help spread world-class technology in Japan / A positive action job posting to promote the advancement of women~

[Job Description]
As an AI consultant, you will primarily work with clients in the automotive industry, handling the design, implementation, and testing of embedded software for in-vehicle ECU control, as well as providing implementation support and advice on how to utilize it. Rather than simply implementing AI, you will be responsible for making proposals with the client's business goals in mind.

[Onboarding Process]
You will first receive 3 to 6 months of basic training, then begin practical work according to your skill level.
After training with the talent development team, you will be assigned to a business unit (5 to 6 members).
*Depending on your technical skill level and career aspirations, you may be assigned to one of the following roles:
◇Technical sales or implementation consulting for test automation tools
◇In-house software development

[Position Highlights]
◇There is an evaluation system that allows for rapid growth based on your ability. Some employees have achieved significant salary increases within their first year, with raises of 30% to 60% possible based on performance.
◇The company handles numerous global projects, including overseas ones, giving you exposure to cutting-edge technology. It is a rewarding job where you can keep up with global trends and help improve the competitiveness of Japan's automotive industry.
◇You will gain a perspective that uses AI not merely as a technology, but as a proper means of solving customer challenges. You can grow into a professional who sees not just the technology, but the business as a whole.

[Workplace Language]
Japanese and English are used.
・Japanese (All members): Used for all customer communication, as well as creating specifications and procedures.
・English (Certain members only): Used for projects related to sales of overseas software (test automation tools) and catching up on new technologies.

[Organizational Structure]
・Almost all general engineers are in their 20s to 30s, and all PLs/PMs are in their late 30s to early 40s.
・About half of the engineers are foreign nationals. While somewhat unique for a Japanese software company, all members are fluent in Japanese and highly competent, providing an environment where you can grow through mutual inspiration.

[Global Employees]
Since its founding, the company has consistently hired non-Japanese candidates under the same standards as Japanese candidates, without discrimination or bias, as long as they are able to work in Japanese. Currently, non-Japanese employees make up approximately half of the workforce.
