■ Key Responsibilities
1. Strengthening IT Governance
‐Formulate and implement rules and guidelines based on the overall IT strategy.
‐Manage all internal IT investment projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

2. Developing Data Utilization Infrastructure
‐Support the formulation of data strategies to maximize business value.
‐Provide operational support for data collection and analysis.
‐Develop and maintain analytical environments to promote data-driven decision-making and support business users in leveraging these tools.

Working Condition

■ Expected Annual Salary
Estimated Annual Salary: ¥6M – ¥8.5M (Overtime allowance: Yes)
Monthly Salary: ¥320,000 – ¥430,000
Salary Examples:
‐Late 20s: ¥5.5M (Base ¥290k + Bonus)
‐Early 30s: ¥6.5M (Base ¥340k + Bonus)

■ Salary Notes
・Salary ranges are broad to accommodate applicants across a wide range of age groups and experience levels.
・Compensation will be commensurate with individual skills and experience.
・The expected annual salary is an estimate; the final amount will be determined through the selection process.
・There is no fixed overtime pay (overtime is paid based on actual hours worked).

■ Bonus: Twice a year (June and November) *FY2024 results: 6.91 months' worth

9:00 – 17:50 (Scheduled working hours: 7h 50m / Break: 60m)

*Since core system operations are outsourced to vendors, there are no night shifts or late-night overtime.

・Child Education Allowance: Monthly payments based on the number of dependent children (¥16,000 for the first child; an additional ¥8,000 per child thereafter).
・Rent Subsidy (Rental Housing): ¥66,000/month for singles and ¥93,000/month for those with families in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama. Amounts vary from ¥47,000 to ¥93,000 depending on location and family status.
・Housing Allowance (Homeowners): ¥20,000 per month.
・Housing Savings Plan: System for housing-specific savings is available.
・Comprehensive Insurance: Health, Welfare Pension, Nursing Care, and Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance.
