■Job Description
As an IT Consultant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including listening to client feedback, identifying on-site issues, proposing IT solutions, and negotiating with development vendors. Projects span various industries such as finance, manufacturing, telecommunications, automotive, and government sectors.
*Projects will be assigned based on your preferences and experience.

≪ Assignment Process ≫
Offer acceptance → Interview with HR and sales (explanation of your skill sheet) → Selection of 3 to 5 potential projects → Project selection → Interview with the client → Final decision
The project assignment can be finalized within approximately 2 weeks to 1 month.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required: Development Skills ・At least 4 years of working experience in business application implementation at a SIer/vendor. ・Experience in the following processes in business application implementation - Participation in basic design process (1 or more projects) - Participation in detailed design process (1 or more projects) - Participation in development process (object-oriented language (Java, C#, etc.) or COBOL) - Participation in testing process (1 or more projects) ■Preferred ・Participation in requirement definition process (1 or more projects) ・Tool development in VBA, batch, etc.

Annual salary: 7,000,000 JPY – 12,000,000 JPY
