As a Model-Based Design Engineer, you will utilize cutting-edge technology to provide technical support to companies across diverse industries, including the automotive sector.

<Main Duties>
1. Development Support Using Model-Based Development and In-House Solutions
－Performance design and feasibility simulations for undefined requirements.
－Building plant/control models for performance simulation.
－Analyzing functional requirements and control structures.
－Structural design, specifications, redundancy design, and implementation.
2. System Implementation and Consulting for Client Environments
－Supporting the introduction of model-based development in new organizations.
－Providing consulting services to improve operations in organizations already utilizing model-based development.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Annual Salary】
JPY 5,000,000 – 7,500,000
Based on experience, skills, and previous salary, in accordance with company regulations.
The annual salary is divided into 12 monthly payments, with additional allowances paid in the following month after the work period.
A fixed overtime allowance (equivalent to 30 hours) is included in the annual salary.
Overtime exceeding the fixed amount and any additional premium wages will be paid in full.

Standard working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM, Actual work: 8 hours)

[Flextime System]
－Core time: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

【Holidays and Leave】
120 annual holidays (119 company-designated holidays + 1 anniversary leave)
Full two-day weekends (Saturdays and Sundays off; public holidays are working days)
Golden Week: 9 consecutive days off
Summer vacation: 8 consecutive days off
Winter vacation: 7 consecutive days off (2021 results)
Note: Two weekend workdays annually for company-wide meetings.
Anniversary leave is paid.
