Job Summary
In this position, you will lead the promotion, design, and implementation of automated testing to improve quality in multiple products, with a focus on our flagship product, Mico Engage AI [Mico Engage AI].
You will be expected to both streamline the quality assurance process and improve the overall quality of the product.
We have a global development structure with offices in Japan, India, and the Philippines, and our bilingual (Japanese-English) QA engineers play a very important role in connecting teams in each country.

The main responsibilities of the QA Engineer will include.
Develop and plan automated testing strategies for multiple products, including our flagship product
Design, development, operation, and maintenance of tests
Integration and management of automated testing into CI/CD environment
Promote QA process improvement and increase testing efficiency
Share and collaborate on quality issues with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders
Analyze bugs, identify causes, and make suggestions for improvement

Organization Structure
The QA team belongs to the QA team within the Innovation &amp; Engineering Division.
The QA team currently consists of 14 members and is engaged in quality assurance of multiple products, with a focus on "Mico Engage AI".
