[Recruitment Background]
Growing number of implementation projects across Japan. To further expand our market share and enhance service quality, we are seeking professionals to drive DX within logistics operations and on-site environments across various industries.

[Job Overview]
Responsible for the implementation and operation of autonomous forklifts (robots) at project sites across Japan.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Formulation of construction plans, implementation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
・Delivery of training sessions for customers
・Tracking, recording, and data aggregation of operational status, including regular reporting to Project Managers
・Preparation of delivery notes, collection of product data, and translation tasks
・Provision of after-sales service (maintenance) and product demonstrations
・Project progress management, planning, and follow-up
・Technical communication and problem-solving for customers

[Team Composition]
Customer support conducted in teams consisting of one Manager and two to three members.

Required Skills and Experiences

[Mandatory Requirements] ・Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred) ・Japanese proficiency equivalent to N1 (Business level with fluent conversational skills) ・Advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese ・Ability to travel frequently within Japan (Travel ratio: approximately 70%) [Preferred Requirements] ・Licensed Electrician certification (First-class or Second-class) ・Technical skills in PLC control debugging and adjustment ・Proficiency in design software such as CAD or SolidWorks ・Experience in CAD/SolidWorks for candidates from mechanical or electrical backgrounds ・Quick learning ability regarding software adjustment and equipment knowledge for Computer Science majors [Desired Candidate Profile] ・Rigorous and logical mindset with a strong sense of confidentiality and corporate ethics ・Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with the ability to analyze and solve problems ・High level of creativity and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks ・Strong sense of responsibility with an honest and proactive approach to work ・Perspective on holistic optimization and exceptional proposal capabilities ・Desire for long-term career development in Japan ・Deep understanding of Japanese society and culture

[Expected Annual Salary]
3,360,000 JPY – 5,400,000 JPY
Monthly salary: 367,480 JPY – 590,600 JPY
Salary structure: Monthly salary × 12 months + Annual bonus (scheduled once a year) + Various allowances

Five-day work week (Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays)
Special leave (congratulatory/condolence, childcare, nursing care, etc.)
*Annual paid leave: 10–12 days
*Total annual holidays: 121 days
