Motherson Yachiyo is a manufacturer handling functional automotive parts such as fuel tanks and sunroofs. [Job Overview]
As a third core business following sunroofs and fuel tanks, our company designs and evaluates large plastic products such as plastic exterior parts and plastic tailgates as new products. You will mainly be responsible for the design and 3D CAD modeling of plastic and metal parts.

[Key Responsibilities]
・Mechanical design, 3D creation, layout, drafting, and evaluation work for plastic exterior parts and peripheral components
・Planning and promotion toward mass production
・Coordination work with clients and internal departments
・Preparation of materials and reporting for evaluation meetings, etc.
・Technical exchange and opinion sharing with the parent company
・Research on advanced technologies through competitive analysis and participation in exhibitions
・Sales expansion activities targeting new OEMs

[Product Development Flow]
・Product Design Department: Completed through repeating product planning -> specification review -> design -> test evaluation.
・Production Engineering Department: Completed through repeating specification review from product drawings for equipment, molds, processes, etc. -> design -> processing/manufacturing of jigs, molds, etc. -> test evaluation.
The broad scope of handling everything in-house, from development to production technology development/manufacturing and product manufacturing, is realized precisely because of Yachiyo's technical expertise!

[Expected Annual Salary]
・Monthly Salary: 230,000 JPY - 350,000 JPY
・Bonus: Twice a year (2026 actual: equivalent to 5.0 months) (June and December)

Self-development support systems are also extensive, including guidance on various qualification acquisition courses, correspondence courses, and incentives.
