Job Description

■Job Description.
Depending on your experience and wishes, you will be responsible for mechanical design of products and equipment, chassis design, jig design, analysis and evaluation, and other tasks at our business partners, mainly major manufacturers. We provide an environment where you can make use of your technical skills in diverse industries by being assigned to the most suitable project from our more than 1,200 business partners.

Specific duties:
1.	Mechanism design
〇We design the internal structure and operating mechanism of products. We design the optimal design while considering how the designed mechanism will operate, performance, and safety.
〇We can be involved in a wide variety of projects, such as resin design of automobile interior parts, design of operating mechanisms for industrial robot arms, and design of complex mechanisms for aircraft equipment.

2.	Chassis design
〇Design of the structure that encases the entire product, such as the product's exterior and protective case, is our responsibility. 
We create designs that combine appearance and functionality while selecting materials, determining shapes and dimensions, and taking cost performance into consideration.
○ For example, through the design of enclosures for rocket hydraulic equipment, precision exterior design of medical equipment, and the design of enclosures for automotive parts, we work on designs that aim to reduce durability and weight.

3.	Jig design
〇Jig design is responsible for designing jigs (tools and equipment) to improve production efficiency. They play an important role in supporting the manufacturing site by designing technologies to promote automation and efficiency in the production line.
○ In the production of industrial robot arms and automotive parts, production efficiency can be greatly improved through optimal design of jigs.

4.	Analysis and evaluation
〇Analysis and evaluation are conducted through simulation and physical testing to ensure that the designed product or structure functions as expected. We verify mechanical strength, durability, and accuracy of operation to ensure product quality.
○ In medical equipment such as blood analyzers and medical X-ray machines, accuracy and safety are particularly important, so rigorous testing and evaluation are required. Also, in automotive parts and aircraft equipment, advanced evaluation of shock resistance and heat resistance is required.

■Project Examples
1.	Automotive industry:
〇Resin design for interior parts: Responsible for selection and design of resins used for automobile interior parts. Designing for both weight reduction and durability improves the comfort of the vehicle.
○ Transmission design and development: Involved in transmission design to efficiently transmit engine output and design to optimize fuel efficiency and performance.

2.	Aerospace industry:
〇Design and development of rotary wing aircraft equipment: Involved in the design of important components that support the movement of aircraft wings. Design that achieves both high reliability and safety is required.
〇Development of hydraulic equipment for rockets: Design of hydraulic systems that can withstand the harsh space environment and contribute to the safe and reliable launch of rockets.

3.	Medical equipment industry:
○ Design of blood analyzers: Involved in designing mechanisms as precision instruments and jigs for efficient processing of specimens to support prompt and accurate testing in the medical field.
〇Design and development of medical X-ray equipment: Involved in designing the housing and internal structure of high-precision X-ray equipment while taking radiation resistance and safety into consideration.

4.	Robot industry:
○ Mechanism design of industrial robot arms: We work on the design of industrial robot arms used in automated factories, designing mechanisms that enable efficient work and high-precision movements.
