■ Job Overview
Oversee construction management to ensure routine repairs, periodic large-scale maintenance, upgrades, and new installations are completed smoothly and on schedule. The role focuses on site and process management, with a project ratio of approximately 1:4 between engineering and maintenance.

■ Key Responsibilities
・Maintenance (Routine Repair Works)
Conduct routine plant maintenance across more than 90 locations nationwide. The company holds a leading track record within the Japanese oil and petrochemical plant sector.

・Engineering (Major Projects)
In addition to routine work, we handle periodic large-scale maintenance (turnarounds), facility upgrades, and new construction. We participate from the initial feasibility study stage, managing the entire project lifecycle from Design and Construction to Commissioning (Test Runs). Our team delivers custom solutions for diverse modification and construction projects tailored to the evolving needs of industrial plants.

Manage large-scale periodic maintenance (turnarounds) as a prime contractor, leading teams of up to 2,000 personnel. Execute projects valued from hundreds of millions to billions of yen, providing opportunities for rapid skill advancement and career growth.

No Problem! While experience in plant construction management is welcome, it is not a requirement—as long as you have worked in a plant environment, you are a great fit. Many of our mid-career hires started with no prior experience in construction management. ■ Support System You will learn the fundamental knowledge and mindset of construction management through hands-on experience on-site. ■ Expected Annual Salary
Estimated Annual Salary: ¥4.7M – ¥8.5M (Overtime allowance: Yes)
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥430,000
Salary Examples:
‐Late 20s: ¥5.5M (Base ¥290k + Bonus)
‐Early 30s: ¥6.5M (Base ¥340k + Bonus)

■ Salary Notes
・Salary ranges are broad to accommodate applicants across a wide range of age groups and experience levels.
・Compensation will be commensurate with individual skills and experience.
・The expected annual salary is an estimate; the final amount will be determined through the selection process.
・There is no fixed overtime pay (overtime is paid based on actual hours worked).
