Job Description

[Business Overview]
As the Japanese subsidiary of MA-tek, a major Taiwanese analysis company, the company provides material analysis and evaluation services for major semiconductor and automotive manufacturers, the battery sector, universities, and research institutions.
Leveraging top-tier technical capabilities and a large facility equipped with multiple expensive electron microscopes (such as TEM), the company responds not only to contract analysis (MA) but also to customer requests for equipment rental and witnessed observation.

Personnel expansion for the expansion of the contract analysis (MA) business and the stabilization of the newly established laboratory.

[Job Overview]
As a technical engineer, responsibility for analysis operations for semiconductors and electronic materials targeting major domestic manufacturers, as well as customer service (meetings, witnessed observations, etc.).
A position utilizing fully equipped, state-of-the-art electron microscope facilities to perform high-level analysis, evaluation, and failure analysis accompanying contract analysis and equipment rentals.

<Flow & Analysis Evaluation Process of>
Each process is specialized and division-of-labor-oriented, with a system where the entire team completes a single analysis project by seamlessly connecting the processes.
Scheduled to be in charge of any of ① through ③.
① Pre-treatment: Identification of target analysis points, and micro-machining/thin-film processing to sizes and thicknesses suitable for observation
② FIB (Focused Ion Beam): Precise processing and sample sectioning of identified analysis points
③ TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope): High-precision structural observation and data acquisition at the nano level (*The main process forming the core of contract requests)
④ Report Preparation: Compiling obtained data and observation samples to deliver as analysis results

[Key Responsibilities]
・Execution of semiconductor and electronic material analysis operations, customer meetings, and customer witnessed observations as a technical engineer using the pre-treatment process or electron microscopes (FIB/TEM)
・Provision of contract analysis equipment rentals to major domestic companies utilizing semiconductors, performing analysis while conducting witnessed observations
・Execution of high-level analysis operations in an environment fully equipped with electron microscope facilities

・Abundance of electron microscope equipment including FIB/TEM
Possession of multiple high-cost analysis and observation devices such as FIB (Focused Ion Beam) and TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope). Involvement in operations backed by high equipment and technical levels, such as communicating directly with engineers from major automotive and semiconductor manufacturers, and conducting nano-level observation and analysis through equipment rental and witnessed observation, in addition to contract analysis tasks.

In addition to expanding market share in the contract analysis (MA) domain centered on structural observation and film thickness measurement, focus is placed on the Failure Analysis (FA) domain requiring higher-level skills and the stabilization of the newly established laboratory. 3 days work, 3 days off system (Number of holidays calculated based on the company calendar)

・Shift details: 10 working hours, 120 minutes break time
・Overtime: Approximately 10 to 30 hours per month
・Variable working hour system on a 1-month basis (Average weekly working hours within 40 hours)

[Expected Annual Salary]
・Annual Salary: 3,520,000 JPY - 4,480,000 JPY (Monthly Salary: 220,000 JPY - 280,000 JPY)
・Monthly salary system

[Bonus] *After becoming a Permanent employee
・Bonus: Twice a year, expected equivalent to 4 months (Determined based on company and individual performance)
