■Key Responsibilities
・Network operation and maintenance (e.g., VLAN configuration).
・Requires foundational network knowledge (e.g., subnet mask concepts).


■Detailed responsibilities include
・Requirement definition and stakeholder interviews.
・Coordination with operation teams.
・Wiring construction procedures and on-site supervision of installations.
・VLAN configuration.
・IP phone setup.

・Network Operations: This involves managing the network environment, including regular traffic monitoring, LAN wiring, VLAN configuration, and on-site response during network outages.
- Traffic acquisition.
- Incident response.
- Scheduled maintenance (second and fourth Saturdays).
- Server room and network equipment management.
- Wiring construction procedures and on-site supervision of installations.

・User Support: Responding to user inquiries and requests related to the network.

■ Working environment
・Depending on team evaluations, a salary increase of ¥50,000 to ¥100,000 per year is possible.
・Even without prior network experience, it's possible to become a Senior SE (equivalent to an annual income increase of approximately ¥700,000) within 3 years, and a Sub-Lead (equivalent to an annual income increase of approximately ¥800,000) within 5 years.
・Utilizing short-term reskilling courses and long-term training, individualized training from over 400 e-learning modules is available.

・Average monthly overtime is around 20-30 hours.

Working Condition

※Remote work is possible once a week.

■ Estimated annual salary: 4.5~6 million yen
・Monthly salary: 350,000-420,000 yen + benefits + overtime paid separately + incentive bonus (twice a year)
・Salary increase: Twice a year in April and October
・Promotion: Twice a year
・Incentive bonus: Incentive bonuses are paid twice a year if the amount of contracts with customers exceeds a certain level.

Project 1: Network operation and maintenance at a foreign company (2nd year) 
      Annual salary: 4.5 million yen
Project 2: Network design and construction including coordination with overseas vendors (current) 
      Annual salary: 6.4 million yen

■ Working hours
9:00 - 18:00
*Average monthly overtime: 20-30 hours
*Weekend business trips are required.
*Holiday maintenance support may be required.
