■Business Overview
A startup originating from the University of Tokyo that supports digital transformation (DX) and data utilization for major enterprises through the use of big data and generative AI. The company promotes smoother decision-making in society by leveraging alternative data such as credit card transactions, POS data, and location data, offering decision support, building data infrastructure, and developing generative AI.


■Background
Nowcast is integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) across its business units to improve operational efficiency and deliver new value.
To accelerate these projects, the company is hiring LLM engineers for the following potential assignments (final placement to be decided through consultation based on experience and interest):

① Products Using Generative AI
The "Data & AI Solutions" business launched in April 2024 focuses on data platform development and AI-based system integration. This role contributes to more advanced AI productization.

② Products for Commercial Real Estate and Retail
A new business for real estate launched in March 2024 is leveraging LLMs to automate processes such as brochure parsing, web scraping of shopping centers, and sales workflow optimization.

③ Business Support Applications
Development of internal tools that streamline Human Intelligence (HI) workflows such as data cleansing and use-case exploration using LLMs.


■Key Responsibilities
Note: One of the following responsibilities will be assigned.
① Generative AI Products
・Design and develop LLM-integrated business systems
・Build data platforms using generative AI
・Research, prototype, and productionize AI technologies

② Commercial Real Estate Products
・Develop LLM-based tools for parsing property data and automating commercial analysis
・Build AI-assisted property sales systems
・Drive LLM integration in new product development

③ Internal Business Support Apps
・Automate data cleansing and transformation using LLMs
・Optimize data mapping and use-case discovery
・Support relationship building with data holders through tailored tools

Project Examples:
・AI-based efficiency tools for Financial Standard Co. and Hoken Minaoshi Honpo Group
・New data platform development for Nomura Fiduciary Research & Consulting
・Data-powered decision support for new store locations (GYRO HOLDINGS)
