Currently, our focus is on call center operations support. The point of this service is the automation and sophistication of service operations. Depending on the difficulty level of the inquiries received by phone, e-mail, chat, etc., it is automatically sorted whether to connect to the operator or to support unmanned operation in the system. Voice call data is dynamically converted into text, classified, and the learning results are reflected in the response system. We refer to the inquiry log and analyze and analyze by making full use of AI. Today, as the government's work style reforms are calling for, the need for operational efficiency is increasing like never before. The number of inquiries about "I want to use AI for in-house help desks" is increasing rapidly, and we will continue to pursue the cutting edge in the field of "interactive service automation solutions." This time, we will entrust you with the development of AI solutions centered on our own natural language processing engine. You will be in charge of the entire process up to the release while carrying out the optimal assignment for each task and proceeding with discussions. (The method is agile)

There are various backgrounds such as those who have been involved in machine learning such as deep learning in the past, those who have experience in application development, and those who have studied machine learning with voluntary interest.
Currently, one engineer is in charge of everything from the front to the back end, but as the number of staff increases, the back end and front end will be in charge separately.

■ How to work
Since we have adopted a free working style such as teleworking at home, we try to finish meetings with the minimum number of times and time required. In addition, we chat with members who work from home using Slack, etc., and communicate with them via Skype.

Required Skills and Experiences

It extracts and summarizes only the important parts of long texts such as books and minutes with the number of characters and compression ratio specified by the user. In cases such as call centers, where the level of importance varies depending on the nature of the work, the model can be optimized by providing teaching data to control the variance in the quality of the work. In addition, tagging and extraction of key words and phrases can be done automatically, thereby eliminating human arbitrariness and enabling the understanding of trends that cannot be obtained through quantitative analysis.
