Required Skills and Experiences

■ Mandatory Requirements Candidates who meet any of the following requirements: ・At least 3 years of hands-on experience in any of the following: ・Development experience with Java, Python, Angular, or C#; development workflows using Git; or experience with ticket management systems such as Redmine (two or more required) ・System development experience (package development experience, or knowledge in corporate accounting, production management, or sales management) ・Experience in upstream processes such as requirements definition and design, as well as PL/PM experience or strong leadership orientation ■ Preferred Requirements ・Development experience in Agile (Scrum), DevOps practices, and CI environment construction experience ・Development and implementation experience with WebAPIs, systems for cloud services, or enterprise package software ・Operational experience with AWS ・Development experience with ERP packages ・Experience as a project leader ・Business knowledge or project experience in financial, telecommunications, manufacturing, distribution, or government sectors ■ Desired Candidate Profile ・Individuals who are highly motivated to persistently take on the challenge of new technologies ・Individuals with strong logical thinking abilities and investigative/analytical skills

■ Annual salary
・Monthly 【Tokyo】 300,000 yen ～ *Model monthly salary for Tokyo includes a regional allowance.
・Annual【Tokyo】 5-10 million yen *Annual salary is only a rough estimate and will be determined based on our company's regulations, taking into account experience and ability.
・Bonus: 3 times a year (March, June, and December)
